  • 180g Oil

  • 3 cloves garlic

Slice the onions finely and fry lightly in oil. Liquidize the rest of the onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Add this puree into the skillet. Fry gently for 5 minutes. Serve with rice along with a meat stew, for example, protein.
