1. Establish your thoughts positively from the start

The first thing to remember when you wake up in the morning is that you can adjust your mental state for the rest of the day. This is especially important if you have the habit of waking up grumpy, not expecting another day, or a quarreling mentality for another day.

2. Develop a habit of introspection

We usually pay more attention to external events and experiences than internally within our mental landscape. It is important to take the time to look inward as this can result in great insight and self-understanding. To cultivate this habit of introspection, include a little space in your daily schedule for solitude. Only 5 minutes of space is enough.

3. Create a distance between the experience and the experimenter

It is a practice not to judge or respond to experiences. Notice how easy it is to get caught up in the drama when you personalize all of your experiences, or get stuck or dragged into them. Instead, learn to simply watch events and experiences unfold as if you were a non-partisan scientist curious about how things work.

4. Speak properly

To speak flawlessly means to speak sincerely and choose only those things that are useful and suitable for conversation. This is known as the three filter test.
